A member of the Friendly Island Chef’s Association, Franco spends most of his time in the kitchen conjuring up delights such as Duck Tagliatelle with Parmesan and White Truffle Oil, traditional Osso Buco with onions, bell peppers, lemon and aromatic herb remoulade served with saffron and truffle potenta, while Alessandra plays the perfect hostess.
